These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Triple Touch Locs website (tripletouchlocs.com) and your booking of any professional loc care services provided by Felicia Ngum Suh, doing business as Triple Touch Locs.
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Triple Touch Locs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Triple Touch Locs provides professional loc care services including, but not limited to:
Consultations (General and Transfer Client)
Loc installations (Microlocs, Starter Locs, Instant Locs)
Loc extensions (Microlocs Extensions, Solar Locs Extensions, Traditional Extensions)
Maintenance services (Retightening, Crochet Maintenance, Loc Detox, Loc Wash)
Specialized services (Loc Repair, Crochet Palm Roll, Loc Combination, Wick Creation)
All services are performed by Felicia Ngum Suh, Certified Master Loctician, at Salon Lofts – Kentlands, Loft No. 19, 652 Center Point Way, Gaithersburg, MD 20878, unless a virtual consultation is specifically offered and selected by the client.
Triple Touch Locs reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
A consultation is required for all first-time clients booking installation, extension services, or transferring from another loctician. This requirement exists to protect your hair health and ensure the best possible service outcome.
Consultations are available both onsite and virtually. The consultation fee is:
General Consultation: $75 (60 minutes) — covers microlocs installation, extensions, and major reconstruction
Transfer Client Consultation: $50 (30 minutes)
Consultation fees are non-refundable but will be applied toward your qualifying service when booked within 60 days of your consultation date.
Clients who book an installation or extension service without first completing the required consultation may have their booking cancelled and their deposit forfeited.
4.1 Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system at tripletouchlocs.com or via direct contact with Triple Touch Locs. Walk-in appointments are not accepted. Triple Touch Locs is an appointment-only studio.
4.2 Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly for installation and extension services. Deposit requirements will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Triple Touch Locs cancels or rescheduled the appointment
Deposits may be transferable to a new appointment date if you reschedule within the allowed timeframe (see Section 5)
The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service
4.3 Appointment Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation after booking your appointment. Please review your confirmation details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.
5.1 Client Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
48 hours or more notice: appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge; deposit is transferable to the new booking
24 to 48 hours notice: appointment may be rescheduled once; deposit may be applied to the new appointment at our discretion
Less than 24 hours notice: appointment will be treated as a late cancellation; deposit is forfeited
No-show (failure to appear without notice): deposit is forfeited; full service payment may be required before a new appointment can be booked

5.2 Late Arrivals
We ask that all clients arrive on time for their appointments. If you expect to be late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule at our discretion, particularly for time-sensitive installation services
Late arrivals that reduce the available service time will be charged the full service rate — the appointment will not be extended to compensate for lost time
5.3 Cancellations by Triple Touch Locs
In the unlikely event that Triple Touch Locs must cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you either a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
6.1 Pricing
All service prices displayed on our website are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing for installation and extension services depends on factors including hair length, hair density, desired loc size, number of locs, and total time required. An accurate price will be provided during your consultation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price communicated to you at the time of booking or consultation confirmation is the price that applies to your appointment.
6.2 Additional Time
Services that exceed their stated time allowance will be charged at the applicable hourly overage rate, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Overage rates vary by service:
Most maintenance and specialized services: $50 per additional hour
Loc Combination and Wick Creation services: $100 per additional hour
6.3 Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via the payment methods available through our booking system and in-studio at the time of your appointment. All payments must be settled in full at the time of service unless a payment plan or deposit arrangement has been explicitly agreed in writing with Triple Touch Locs in advance.
6.4 Hair Extensions
For services involving hair extensions (Microlocs Extensions, Solar Locs Extensions, Traditional Loc Extensions), the cost of extensions is NOT included in the service price unless explicitly stated. Extensions must be:
Purchased separately by the client, or
Provided by the client at the time of the appointment
For Solar Locs Extensions specifically, extensions must be ordered a minimum of 6 weeks before the scheduled installation date. Failure to provide or order extensions in time may result in rescheduling, and any applicable late cancellation or rescheduling policies will apply.
Triple Touch Locs is committed to delivering professional, high-quality results. However, individual outcomes vary based on factors that are outside our control, including:
Hair type, texture, density, and current condition
Scalp health at the time of service
Client adherence to aftercare instructions
Maintenance frequency and at-home care practices
Prior chemical or heat treatments to the hair
Triple Touch Locs makes no guarantee of specific results. Any photographs or client transformations shown on our website or social media represent individual results and are not a guarantee of identical outcomes for all clients.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will work with you in good faith to address your concerns. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we are committed to finding a fair resolution.
Following your appointment, Triple Touch Locs will provide aftercare instructions specific to the service you received. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect the health and appearance of your locs and may void any service satisfaction commitments.
Recommended aftercare instructions typically include guidance on:
When and how to wash your locs
How to moisturize without causing buildup
How to protect your locs while sleeping
Products to use and products to avoid
When to schedule your next maintenance appointment
Your health and safety are our priority. Before receiving any service, you are responsible for disclosing:
Any known allergies to hair products, tools, or materials
Scalp conditions, skin conditions, or medical conditions that may affect the service
Any medications or treatments that may affect your hair or scalp
Prior chemical treatments, relaxers, or coloring within the past 12 months
Triple Touch Locs reserves the right to refuse or modify a service if, in the professional judgment of Felicia Ngum Suh, proceeding would pose a risk to the health of your hair, scalp, or general wellbeing. If a service is refused on health grounds, we will advise you on the appropriate next steps.
Clients are expected to arrive to their appointments with their hair in a clean, detangled condition unless otherwise instructed. Services may be modified or declined if hair arrives in a condition that makes the service impractical or unsafe.
Triple Touch Locs reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any of the following reasons:
Hair or scalp conditions that require medical attention before a service can safely proceed
Failure to disclose relevant health information prior to service
Failure to complete a required consultation prior to an installation or extension service
Behavior that is disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate toward Felicia Ngum Suh or other studio guests
Outstanding unpaid balances from a previous appointment
Triple Touch Locs may photograph or video record services and results for use on our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and press features. This may include photos of your hair before, during, and after your appointment.
By booking with Triple Touch Locs, you grant us permission to use photographs or video of your hair (not your face, unless you provide explicit written consent) for the purposes described above. You may withdraw this permission at any time by notifying us in writing at [email protected].
If you would prefer that no photos be taken during your appointment, please inform us at the start of your appointment. We will respect your preference without any impact on your service.
All content on the Triple Touch Locs website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and brand materials — is the intellectual property of Triple Touch Locs and Felicia Ngum Suh. This content is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Triple Touch Locs. Requests for permission may be directed to [email protected].
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Triple Touch Locs and Felicia Ngum Suh shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website

Any results that do not meet client expectations where the client did not follow aftercare instructions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and Triple Touch Locs, we encourage you to contact us directly first at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We are committed to working in good faith toward a fair resolution.
If informal resolution is not possible, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.
Triple Touch Locs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
